I hope you had a good start to the new year. I start the year with a saying by Jean-Jacques Rousseau(1712 - 1778), Swiss writer and philosopher and important contributor to the French Revolution.
Very often we try and avoid changes, new things and dont want to venture into unknown territory. We d rather stick to the old familiar stuff even if in the meantime it has become obsolete or even counterproductive and damaging.
Take the opportunity and make the changes you know are long due. You ll be amazed by the results!
