NHS: 'Hypnosis helped me get to sleep'

Good morning,

another interesting article about hypnotherapy.

This time from the NHS in the UK. For people that do not know the NHS: it stands for National Health Service and it`s the publicly funded health care system in the UK. So quite a reference for the effective use of hypnosis I would say!

The article does not only mention the prime benefit of an improved sleep but also mentions the secondary effects it has, such as better concentration and perception.

Please do contact me for further information and see how hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis might help you!

Have a nice weekend!

Yours, Martin Lammerding
